I apologize for not posting last night, but since I was staying with my grandmother and there aren't many wireless connections in the retirement village, I'm just now back online. I came down to the Fort last night to watch my niece, Hope, play t-ball. They lost, but when my dad asked one of the kids who won, he laughed and said, "I dunno." So I guess they weren't too upset. Hope doesn't like playing defense, however, and was mad that she had to leave the dugout. She's such a social butterfly.
Hope loves playing catcher, but only because she likes talking to the fans and looking for caterpillers.

Killer swing

Yeah, she got tagged out (she's about as fast as me.. think molasses)

In outfield with her mom

She's losing interest

Hope's really tired

I'm lovin the pink helmet. Very tough. Lonnie says she must have your athletic abilities. Did she trip over the bases?
She also has a pink mitt, if you'll notice. And I never tripped over bases. I seldom got to bat, and when I did, I didn't get on base. My favorite part was throwing up my glove at the end.
